Alternatively, you can email us at
applications@queensawards.org.uk or telephone us on 020 7888 1234 and
state which Award you would like to apply for.
All information will be trreated in convidence.
Please note
For security purposes, if your application is inactive for 1 hour, your session
will timeout and you will be returned to the login screen. While working on an
online application form, please save your data at regular intervals by pressing
the 'save' button found at the bottom of the application pages. This will
ensure no data loss if a timeout occurs.
All completed application forms and downloaded application forms are in .pdf
(Portable Document Form). You can download Adobe Acrobat here free of charge.
